Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kettlebell Sport Pro mobile application ("App"), operated by Jymden, Sweden ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscriptions

Kettlebell Sport Pro offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro") that grant access to premium features such as:

• Workout library access
• Advanced workout analytics
• Multi-exercise workout builder
• Community workout sharing
• Cloud sync and backup
• Voice cues
• Ranking workouts, ranking tables, and ranking calculators
• Live workout statistics such as RPM and projected totals
• Additional premium features and future updates

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store or Google Play before purchase.

2. Billing and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless otherwise stated.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If you cancel, access to premium features will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Free Trials (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

• You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• After the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
• If you purchase a subscription before a free trial ends, the remaining trial period may be lost.

4. Refunds

All payments and renewals are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Refunds must be requested directly from those platforms according to their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds or manage cancellations ourselves.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to that policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
